Standard Shipping (Free): Delivery typically takes 10-20 days. For in-stock products, expect delivery within 4-7 working days.

Priority Shipping (Optional at Checkout): Depending on your address, delivery usually takes 3-7 days for in-stock products.

For pre-order items, delivery is expected within 5-14 working days with Priority Shipping and 15-25 working days with Standard Shipping.

RETURNS :

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy with Refund Mode as Voucher Code only.

However, Refund via Voucher Code is only applicable for products that are not on discount. For Discounted Products only Exchange/Replacement is provided.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags to be eligible.

Refunds are only provided in the form of a Voucher Code, which can be used for any future purchase on our website.

We provide one-time free exchange. Multiple exchanges are chargeable at ₹250 per item per order.

Please note: Customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

NOTE (for orders outside India) :

The Returns Policy is applicable only for orders placed and delivered in India. For other countries, the return/replacement process is not feasible unless the products are sent back to us via any feasible means. We do not provide any reverse courier process from overseas to our warehouse in India. Also, incase the products have been sent back to us by overseas customer from their end, the re-ship courier charges have to be borne by the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

If due to any circumstances you wish to cancel your order, it must be communicated to us within 24 hours of placing your order. The refund to original payment method will only be provided incase of adhering to the timeline along with deduction of transaction fees charged to us by payment gateway. After missing the cancellation timeline, or requesting for cancellation after shipping is done, refunds are granted in the form of a Voucher Code or store credit. 

Cancellation of any customization request must be done within 8 hours of placing the order. After that, customization request orders can not be cancelled under any circumstances.
