What is a Pre-order?

A pre-order is an order you can make 7-10 days in advance for designs that are being manufactured and will be available for delivery in a week or so.

NOTE: To ensure guaranteed faster delivery of your pre-order, opt for online payment while checkout, that is, a pre-paid order.

What's different for a Pre-order?

A Pre-order product is most likely to make part of special or limited editions, 

When purchasing an apparel under Pre-order, expect delivery time between 7-16 business days.

Am I guaranteed to get an item in the promised delivery time?

If placed a pre-paid order, then be assured that it will be delivered on priority. Pre-orders placed for Cash on Delivery are fulfilled later and can get delayed if pre-paid orders are in high numbers.

Absolutely! We have a no-hassle policy towards any modification of size / product. If at any time prior to your items shipping you wish to change your order simply email us at info@cesari.in with your order information and there you go!

What if I order multiple items, can I combine in stock and pre-order items?

Yes of course you can combine in stock and pre-order items. We will charge you for the whole order and seperately ship items as per their availability respectively.
