REFUND POLICY

CESARI RETURNS POLICY

We want your every purchase to make you feel most stylish than ever, but we understand that not all the fashion enthusiasts are easy to please - so we readily accept returns, exchanges and replacements!

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your purchase within 7 days of Delivery where reverse pickup facility is provided by us at almost all areas in India.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

EXCHANGE/RETURNS ARE APPLICABLE ON EVERY PURCHASE ON WWW.CESARILONDON.COM.

However, Bank Account Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances. All refunds will be provided only in the form of a Voucher Code which can be used to make any future purchase through our website.

So, every purchase of yours from www.cesarilondon.com is applicable for return, exchange or replacement, and the refund will always be processed in the form of a Voucher Code once the return is approved.

Unused, unwashed and unaltered apparels/products may be returned for a refund (via Voucher Code) or exchange in original Cesari packaging. However, under any circumstances we would provide reverse pickup for a single time only. Multiple pickup cases are subject to extra charges/self-pickup/deduction in refundable amount.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Your first exchange is completely free of charge. However, if you apply for multiple exchanges for the same order, they will be chargeable at ₹250 per item per order.

RETURN PROCESS:

In order to ensure a smooth return process, we have partnered with multiple courier companies and most likely, the reverse pick-up facility is available at your address.

To place a return request, follow the instructions provided in RETURNS MANAGER in footer of our Home page. (WE HAVE GOT ALL MAJOR AREAS COVERED FOR RETURN PICK-UP FACILITY).

In case of non-availability of reverse pick-up facility in your area/ multiple reverse pickups, after applying for a return in Returns Manager, you will need to self-ship the purchased item in original packing at our operations office address:

PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted in the form of a Voucher Code. This includes any item not in its original condition, items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned after more than 7 days of delivery.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the articles are in original condition without any damage and usage, we will process your refund in the form of a Voucher Code else we will notify you of rejection.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a Voucher Code will be issued which can be used to make a purchase on www.cesarilondon.com. Voucher Codes are generally issued within 7-14 days of approval.

If you have decided to return an item even after getting it exchanged once, as per the policy, we might deduct some amount (minimum Rs 250, maximum Rs 750 depending on the number of items in your order) from your amount that is to be refunded, after you successfully self-ship the exchanged order back to our warehouse.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a Voucher Code yet, first check your email inbox including Spam and Promotions folder. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@cesari.in.

Depending on where you live, the time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

REFUND POLICY IS SUBJECT TO ANY CHANGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WITHOUT ANY DISCRETE NOTICE AND THE DELAY IN UPDATION ON WEBSITE DOES NOT AFFECT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CHANGES IN POLICY.
